Monitor, supervise, and evaluate activities of sworn and civilian employees to ensure the delivery of high-quality police services; administer the assignment of personnel and work duties in patrol operations; enhance organizational effectiveness by empowering and leading personnel and encouraging career advancement; assist with development of department goals and objectives; command critical incidents; and other duties as assigned. Work is performed under general supervision of the Field Operations Division Commander.
