Salary:

• $91,977.60 - $122,574.40

  Lateral Incentive:

  • $5,000 – Completion of FTO
  • $5,000 – Completion of Probationary Period (typically one year)

   

  Increased Starting Wage:

  • 1-2 Full Years of Sergeant Experience = Step 3 ($101k annually + education and other benefits)
  • 3-5 Years of Experience as a Sergeant – Step 4 or 5 ($106-$111k + education and other benefits)
  • 5+ years Experience as a Sergeant – Step 6 or 7 ($116k - 122k+ education and other benefits)
